Martha Kelley

Martha is currently serving as CFO of the Chastain Park Conservancy and WABE. She joined JP Latz Advisors with an extensive corporate finance background having worked at both large and small companies including Frito-Lay, Bank of America, McKesson, and SecureWorks. She is a strong cross functional leader excelling at partnering with operating teams and executive management to influence outcomes. She has extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, operational metrics, monthly reporting, and leadership presentations.

During her corporate tenure, Martha developed the financial structure for a new business unit of a small internet startup enabling rapid growth and maximized profitability. In addition to creating the budgeting and forecasting frameworks for this small company, she worked closely with the operating unit’s leadership to provide critical monthly reporting enabling the team to gain insights on business performance and an understanding of key metrics. She also led a new financial team that enabled this fast growing operating group to develop consistent monthly processes for revenue, billing, and expense management.

Martha also served as the finance leader of a large company’s multi-state regional team, creating business analytics to identify key performance drivers for the sales and operations of this multinational company. During this time, she led budgeting and forecasting with a high degree of accuracy. Martha brings many years of financial operating experience, supporting corporate growth with the establishment of solid financial frameworks.
