Lauren brings more than 15 years of strategic finance, FP&A, and capital planning experience to her advisory work, with a career spanning investment banking, corporate strategy, investor relations, and high-growth operational finance leadership. She has built and scaled finance functions, partnered with executive teams through periods of rapid expansion, and led complex analytical initiatives that shaped long-term business direction.
Lauren began her career in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, where she executed over $2 billion in M&A transactions and equity offerings in the healthcare sector. She then spent five years at The Home Depot in Strategic Business Development and Investor Relations. In these roles, Lauren advised senior management on long-range planning, enterprise strategy, and external communications. She redesigned the company’s consolidated forecasting process, later adopted as the Global FP&A function, and developed financial models that informed major strategic initiatives. Lauren partnered closely with the CFO and executive team on quarterly earnings preparation, investor events, and communications to the Board of Directors and the investment community.
Most recently, Lauren served as Senior Director of FP&A for Modern Executive Solutions, where she led integrated planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. She partnered with the executive team through 120% revenue growth over four years and oversaw workforce capacity planning and business intelligence initiatives that improved operational alignment and strategic decision making.
