Joanna Genser

CFO Advisor

Joanna is a senior finance executive and CPA with over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. She has worked as CFO and as a financial consultant across a range of industries and markets, delivering expertise in accounting, internal controls, and accounting systems. Joanna played a key role in the IPO of EndoChoice, a $60M medical device company (now Boston Scientific), and most recently in the successful sale of Pegasus, a $50M hotel technology company.

 

Joanna began her career in Arthur Andersen’s Audit and Advisory division in Dallas, Texas, engaging in specialized due diligence assignments related to mergers and acquisitions of her clients.

Prior to moving to Atlanta in 2000, she worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management as Assistant Controller in New York City. During her tenure at Credit Suisse, Joanna managed the financial integration of two major acquisitions, Warburg Pincus and DLJ Asset Management.
