
Carolynn Puffe
CFO Advisor
Carolynn is currently serving as CFO of the Communities of Coastal Georgia Foundation. She has over 30 years of experience in the accounting, investment banking and financial consulting industries, including advising companies with public equity offerings, private placements of debt and equity, corporate debt financing, sell-side M&A transactions for middle market companies, and providing operational and financial advisory services to small businesses.
Carolynn began her career at Arthur Andersen in Atlanta where she worked in the bankruptcy and turnaround consulting group, helping companies through restructuring and debt financing processes. She then worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, advising clients in the medical devices and specialty pharmaceutical industries on public equity offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2003 Carolynn established CSP Advisors to focus on small and start-up companies. Through this entity, she has provided a wide range of services, from developing business plans and financial projections to acting as an outsourced CFO that managed all aspects of the accounting and finance operations.
